Cath Kidston Crossover Bag
If there’s three things in life I love (although there are loads more than three), it is cats, bags and Cath Kidston. I now have all three in one because my wonderful husband got me this rather cute crossover bag.
For what feels like eternity, I have been carrying around my daughter’s nappy bag as a replacement purse. It is pretty and floral but I can’t get away from the fact that it is full of toddler snacks, a travel toilet seat, baby wipes and spare knickers. Not very glam. So it’s really nice when I can go out somewhere with either a grown-up bag or something a little smaller.
I don’t normally go for clothing or accessories with animals or cartoons (unless they just look so cool) but I’m a sucker for cats. Anything with cats or just actual cats are my thing. I really love a crossover bag too as they are useful for ‘hands free’. So I’m rather liking this.
It just about fits a purse, phone, keys and small essentials, but not much more than that. The lining is lovely too.
I took it on an outing at the weekend and looks good with a jacket and jeans. It’s compact enough to take on a girls night too – depending on what outfit I choose to wear. Definitely smart casual for the pub anyway.
The downside to this bag is Eva quite likes it – very cute to a three year old. She steals it now and again!
I do know there was a matching purse for this bag but it has been sold out for quite a while now. I keep searching for it (especially places like ebay) just to see if it becomes available somewhere. It would be nice to have the set!
